Amir Windom is one of the nation’s rising young leaders. In just a few years, Amir has emerged as a leader by asserting his skills in the music industry, having a unique IQ for brand marketing and simply matching brilliant ideas with a relentless work ethic. Possessing the ability to think outside of the box and having a keen eye for new talent and innovative ideas, he’s highly regarded as one of the top Music Executives of his generation. Having executive and management positions at historic record labels such as Atlantic Records, Def Jam Records and Bad Boy Records, he has assisted in the developing/managing the careers and brands of some of today’s biggest stars such as T.I., Lupe Fiasco, B.o.B, Estelle, Trey Songz, Young Jeezy and B. Rossi to name a few. Thus far, Amir has worked on over 10 albums that have earned gold and/ or platinum status. Amir also is a Television and Film Music Supervisor, where he’s helped create music and scores for major film companies such as Sony Pictures and LionsGate Films and movies such as TAKERS, Why Did I Get Married 2, SWAT 2 and Stomp The Yard 2 to name a few. Amir has made leaps and bounds in the music and business world in just a short span of time.Amir also works very close with the internationally known mentoring organization, the 100 Black Men of America. He helps plan and coordinate their national conference where 4,000 attendees from across the world attend each year. Amir has been involved in the organization since his childhood. He got his first dose of the 100 Black Men as a mentee while in elementary school. He credits the 100 Black Men with helping develop his “become a great businessman, but be an even better philanthropist” mentality.
